Incentive Travel: The Caribbean Sailing Challenge

Sitting at the top of the Caribbean archipelago, the Virgin Islands are one of the most spectacular and protected cruising areas in the World. Their steady trade winds and sheltered harbours have made these islands a sailing paradise since Columbus first dropped anchor in 1493.
Combining the benefits of a highly prized incentive reward with a tangible team-working experience, the "Caribbean Sailing Challenge" is an ideal format for motivating key personnel. Amid the exotic backdrop of the British Virgin Islands, this fully managed event brings participants together in an informal, but structured environment.
Under the guidance of professional Skippers, crews will be instructed in all aspects of sailing their fleet of modern yachts. During the week, there will be team exercises including navigation, treasure hunts and racing.
Teams can be made up from either six or eight people per yacht.
At the end of each day, all participating crews will meet to enjoy a well deserved meal at one of the many famous bars and restaurants amongst the islands.
Teams will follow a carefully designed itinerary to the best locations in the Virgin Islands. The sailing challenge is co-ordinated by our experienced staff who are on hand at all times to ensure a professional and seamless event.
