| WARPATH is a highly competitive Sydney 60 which has performed consistently well at all of the major Caribbean Regattas, and been awarded top yacht overall in the Caribbean Big Boat Series. The Sydney 60 was designed to be easily handled while remaining competitive at the highest level under a variety of rating systems. Her large cockpit allows efficient handling of the yacht, with twin steering wheels and two coffee grinder winches. A powerful sail plan with 186 square metres of upwind 3DL sails and a displacement of only 14,800 kg make her an easily driven flying machine, capable of speeds in excess of 20 knots. Extensive modifications carried out in the winter of 2002/3 ensure that Warpath will remain at the forefront of international sailing events. |
